Welcome to Kamata College in Nairobi! These terms and conditions govern your enrollment and lessons. Please read them carefully.

Enrollment:

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee and first month’s tuition.
• Trial lessons are available before full enrollment.

Lessons:

• Lessons are scheduled weekly at a pre-arranged time.
• Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons.
• Two days’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• Missed lessons by the student are generally not refunded or rescheduled, except in extenuating circumstances at the school’s discretion.
• The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if necessary.

Fees and Payments:

• Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance
• Payment methods accepted are M-Pesa and bank deposit
• Fees are subject to change with [Number] days’ notice.

Instruments and Materials:

• Students are responsible for providing their own instruments (guitar or piano) for practice at home unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The school may provide music books or other materials for an additional fee.

Conduct:

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and other students.
• Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the school.

Liability:

• The school is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

General:

• These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• The school reserves the right to make changes to lesson schedules, teachers, or curriculum as needed.
