Media personality Betty Kyallo has continued to tease fans with her next role on the screens for sometime now.

The sassy businesswoman has been indicating a media comeback in an encrypted ‘March 7’ caption.

She took to her social media account on Thursday to yet again make the signal with a caption that read,

“She’s back! Told You It Wasn’t For Long. I Am So BLESSED. GRATEFUL TO GOD. March 7th,” she wrote.

As to whether the TV siren is returning to her former home is a riddle that we wait to uncover on March 7, 2021.

Betty worked for KTN as a news presenter for three years before quitting to join Mediamax owned K24.

She first joined Standard Group as an intern from Daystar University which was her first Media House.

Jowie Irungu and his girlfriend Eleanor Musambi aka Ella have called it quits after dating for nearly a year.

This comes as a surprise to many as the two who confirmed to be married, just a month  after Jowie’s release on a KSh 2 million bail back in February 2020.

Ella revealed the relationship ended way back in December 2020, during an online chat with Tea master  Edgar Obare.

The mother of one said the relationship ended  professionally and personally,  and that Jowie had changed a lot for the better hence she did not want to be tied to his life story.

Ella said the two were never legally married and it was a lie to protect the crime suspect for legal reasons to enable him to stay in Nairobi as his permanent place of residence.

This helped Jowie to avoid going to stay with his patents in Nakuru which was his only option and so she was someone that the courts knew she lived with.

She also noted that  she lied about him being a father to her daughter to avoid scrutiny in case he was seen with her in public.

Eleanor added that she wanted to pursue her career as a model internationally and having such a controversial experience would cost her big time.

Saumu Mbuvi, 26, took to social media with a  photo of her swollen face which she claimed was as a result of the Senator’s violent nature.

In her Question and Answer session on Instagram, Saumu also revealed that what they termed as marriage between herself and the Senator was finally over.

She claimed that the Lamu Senator took advantage of her mental state and abused her even further.

Surprisingly, Senator Anwar did not deny the allegations.

Speaking exclusively to Mpasho, the senator admitted to having assaulted the young lady.

“Yes but only once before I knew she is suffering from mental problem, call her family members, mine, friends, hospital everyone knows she sick. It’s just you media guys who don’t know and we opted to hide to safeguard her name, but now she has turned her story to favor her.” Anwar said.

The Lamu Senator further defended himself saying Saumu was not injured during the incident, although she reported the matter to the DCI.

He went further and accused Saumu’s mental state as the main reason as to why their relationship ended.

“She has a mental psychiatric problem called bipolar, that’s why we never stayed together, she breaks things, shouts and loose memory for even a week. Imagine and all the Kenyans and media houses don’t know, i always hide this from people.”

It was an emotional moment on Monday 15th February when the two lovebirds, Okari  and his wife celebrated their second marriage anniversary.

Jumping onto Facebook, the TV personality penned down an emotional message to his wife.

“It  hardly feels like two years, I still marvel. Every waking moment I treasure and cherish you. You are the best gift God gave me during my birthday today when you said “I do.” Happy Anniversary to my best friend, my soul mate, my joy, my dream come true, my shoulder to lean on, my everything, the love of my life, my wife. You are kind and comforting even in the most troubled times. May God fill your heart with dreams and cover you with the grace to tread through life with joy that’s unspeakable and full of glory. I love you and cheers to another milestone my always and forever”, went Okari.

Okari and his ex wife Betty Kyallo called it quits barely a year after they got married.

He had all the reasons to celebrate two years of marriage with his new wife.

The Amazing well talented  Ibraah, also known as Ibrahim Abdalla , a signee under Konde Gang is in Kenya.

The young star arrived in Nairobi Kenya on Sunday evening ahead of his one week Media Tour in Kenya.

He was received at the airport by Kenyan artists, one being Mr. Seed.

First Forward on Monday Morning, he was hosted at a local radio station , Classic 105 by Maina Kageni.

Speaking to Kageni, the talented artist explained how it was hard to eventually convince music labels in Tanzania that he could actually sing, before landing at Konde Gang record label.

Ibraah revealed that he used to hawk thrifted clothes ( mitumba) in the streets of Mtwara , Tanzania.

Maina was so excited to finally host the young king who won the hearts of many by his first collabo with Harmonize, One Night Stand.

He remains forever grateful to Harmonize and the entire Konde Gang family for believing in him and supporting his talent.

The Tanzanian Superstar added that he is so happy because he can finally support his family, since he comes from a humble background.

He appreciates the Kenyan fan base for supporting his music ever since he started his music journey.

Natasha Sanaipei Tande (born on 22 March 1985) commonly known as Sana, is a Kenyan singer, songwriter, actress, karaoke host, radio personality and entertainer.

Born and raised in Mombasa, Natasha attended Loreto Convent Mombasa, Mama Ngina High school and Aga Khan High School.

When she was 16, her family relocated to Matasia Ngong near Nairobi where she transferred to St Lucy Kiriri Girls, Nairobi and cleared her high school. Despite being admitted to study Pharmacy at the Kenya Medical Training College, she decided to defer to temporarily pursue a career in music.

She gained attention in the media industry after she won the 2004 East Africa Coca-Cola Popstars Talent Search together with two other bandmates. Thereafter she had a short stint at Capital FM.

In 2007 she joined Kiss 100 and later on, in 2013, she joined Easy FM now Nation FM, with her daily mid-morning show making the station’s highest listenership.

In 2004, at 19 years of age, she joined the reality competition East Africa Coca-Cola Popstars Talent Search after coaxing from her family.

She and her two ‘Sema’ bandmates Kevin ‘Kev’ Waweru and Pam Waithaka emerged victoriously. The trio released their debut single Leta Wimbo, and a seventeen-track album, championing them into the limelight. Unfortunately, in 2005, the group split, after which Sana embarked on a solo career.

After the disintegration, Tande collaborated with Jua Cali, Big Pin, Madtraxx, K-Denk, Dan Aceda and Kidum, releasing a number of singles like “Najuta”, “Niwe Wako”, “Kwaheri”, “Big Shot Remix”, “I am here”, “Mulika Mwizi” and “Mtoto wa Geti Kali”.

In 2006, she joined Kiss 100 after working with Eve D’Souza on Hits not Homework on Capital FM. She also began hosting karaoke at various bars and clubs across Nairobi.

She later joined Nation FM in 2013, co-presenting with Edward Kwach on the drive show. In the same year, she injected new energy into her music career, releasing “I wish”, closely followed by “Mfalme wa Mapenzi”.

She then joined comedian Obinna Ike Igwe on the mid-morning show and later presented solo on the same show.

In June 2014, Sana released the video for her single, Mfalme wa Mapenzi, creating attention due to what some describe as its “raunchy” nature. She released Ankula Huu, the video, in March 2015 and it was well-received.

She is also into acting and taking a leading role in the local Swahili drama Aziza. She currently stars in a local drama on Maisha Magic Plus.

Most of us grew up knowing that babies are brought by choppers, but  Ricca Pokot, DJ Pierra’s daughter has a different idea.

She has been raised up to be a very intelligent, brave and smart girl.

In an Instagram Video shared by Pierra, Ricca can be heard asking questions she has always wanted to.

The little girl asked Pierra,

“So when is my mommy getting married so that she can get another baby?”

The mum was shocked but she had to answer the question anyway.

“Huh! Ah! For me to get married, I have to get a good man then marry him. Then you can be the flower girl.”

All eyes are now on the good man,  for DJ Pierra to get married and give Ricca a sibling!

American rapper  Cardi B,  also known as Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar  is amazed over  Kenyan matatus bearing her image.

The 28-year-old rapper was tagged in a post on twitter bearing three pictures of matatus with her image.

The rapper responded to the post saying how mesmerized she was because America’s buses are boring and how they should borrow a leaf from Kenya’s matatu industry.

Kenyans commented on her tweet asking the actress to visit Kenya and experience the rich Kenyan matatu culture.

Matatus in Kenya are popular in having graffiti of re- known  personalities i.e  politicians, football stars, and musicians.
